Consulting is done via zoom (can be in-person if local). Based on your consulting request, you will provide additional information prior to our appointment in order to optimize the productivity of your consulting time.

It works best to select a 1-2 areas of focus for our time together. These are based on YOUR needs and can include budget planning, fundraising, volunteer management, volunteer recruitment, strategic planning, marketing, utilizing technology to help meet your goals, equine herd management, program development and more! We can also provide guidance on the CTRI process, PATH standards, and EAS specific topics.

A LOT can be accomplished in an hour if the preparation work is done in advance! You will not be charged for unscheduled additional time. Let’s play it by ear to efficiently produce results, one hour a time.

Consulting fee is $60/ hour. Scheduling minimum is one hour.
